Rick is the senior pastor of River Rock Church in Colorado Springs and teaches several core classes at Charis including Principles of Grace and Faith and How to. P astors Dan and Dianne Coflin had served as associate pastors in a local church for 24 years when they founded Faith Family Church in Clearwater, Fl in 1999. They are also graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center and have served the Lord in several churches and in various capacities before starting the new work in Tampa.

That same year, the current sanctuary facility was built. The church moved from the city limits of Tampa to several different locations in the Lutz area and then changed its name to River of Life Church of Tampa Bay, inc. They had served on the staff of a local Tampa church for a number of years and then graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Oklahoma prior to moving back to Florida. Transworld has established high standards of excellence and shared Biblical Doctrine. Transworld Accrediting Commission is an international, non-governmental, educational accrediting body, federally recognized as a non-profit church organization.
In 1981, Faith Covenant Fellowship was established by Pastors George and Linda Brooks in Tampa, Fl. The River Bible Institute is an accredited institute of higher learning, affiliated with the Transworld Accrediting Commission International. R iver of Life Church is the result of three different ministries merging together.
